1. The practice
Harmoni World provides business and life coaching, including individual sessions, transformation plans, workshops, and time-limited memberships. Sessions are held online unless we agree otherwise. Coaching is a collaborative process. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of a particular outcome.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. By requesting a conversation or booking a service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. First conversation
The initial 30-minute consultation is free and used to decide whether the work is right for you and whether this practice is the right place for it. It does not create an ongoing engagement until we agree a service or membership and, where relevant, payment.
4. Bookings and payment
Prices on the website are in pounds sterling and include preparation and the notes we send afterwards, unless stated otherwise. Memberships run for a defined term (for example three or six months), not as an open-ended subscription. We will confirm dates, duration, and fees in writing before paid work begins.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations or no-shows less than 48 hours before a booked session may be charged at 50% of the amount payable for that booking. We will try to offer an alternative time where that is fair and possible. Membership terms are agreed at the start of the arc; unused sessions do not automatically extend the term unless we agree in writing.
6. Your part
You agree to arrive on time, to be honest about what is happening, and not to use sessions in place of emergency or clinical care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate helpline. You are responsible for decisions you make between sessions.
7. Confidentiality
We treat what you share as confidential, including session notes sent to you. We may disclose information if required by law, or if we reasonably believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
8. Acceptable use of the site
You must not misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false, abusive, or unlawful content through the forms.
9. Intellectual property
Site content, tools, and materials we share with you remain ours or our licensors’. You may use session notes for your own personal development. You may not copy, sell, or republish our materials without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for results that depend on your circumstances and effort. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Agreed engagements stay on the terms in force when we confirmed them, unless we both agree otherwise.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
